Follow up for implementing the Learning methodology

Hi,
This is the followup session of 2nd WS's Learning methodology.

PreSession: In the last WS we only assessed the levels. Wards may have a cloudy idea of this topic.

Session content : should cover and practice the their style of learning.

Outcome expected : wards understands their learning style and try to implement it. this is will boost their confidence level.

Risk : Ofcourse, may or may not be a immediate output. It is a slow process. But it will help mentor and ward to follow up this practice in the back end.

Good idea!!!.

To add to this we should have all the three types of learning in any sessions. Say any sessions designed should cover all the three forms of learners.

Now the wards knowing their style of learning and we also told them what type of learner they are, lets ask them was that really helpful and if he thinks he is not that type of learner lets help him/her to know what type of learner they are. Also last time there were only 38 wards and we need to plan for the same sessions for the remaining wards.
