Session by Wards to Mentors

Its a long time dream...
Is there any way that we can arrange for session for us..
For ex., a groups of wards can teach us about farming, drawing competition for mentors and choose the top 3 drawings etc., this is an simple example... even i dont have visibility about what wards can arrange.. But i have confidence that they will execute if we tell them in advance..

Time : one hour
Target audience : mentors
No of Teams : 4 schools. each team have a topic of their own and grouping accordingly.
Expected outcome : They will enhance their confidence of taking responsibility and execution. Moreover it will reduce the gap b/w mentor and ward. This will also ice-break the mentality of "mentor only knows everything".
We can try this time..

It is really a good idea.

Conducting a quiz competition would be the easy one to start with. Few of our wards have already conducted this, so it would be easy for them.

Quiz competition can be one of the aspect..
