Mega Workshop - May 2013

Hi All,

Initiating this thread to get inputs on Mega Workshop events/sessions. The following are the inputs received from the participants of Mega Workshop Preparation Kick-Off meeting held on 23rd April.

a) Sports Activities (as usual) : House formation – Conduct Athletic events, Individual events, Team Sports – Prize Distribution
b) Dance and Drama (as usual) – by Naatupura Kalaigarnal as experts – To be conducted full-fledged with proper costumes
c) Martial Arts – for e.g. Silambu
d) Creative Thinking – by professional experts like Mr. Ashraf
e) Session that differs from the usual ones (something new and different) like Stall Events (conducted at PSG Tech), Science Experiments (conducted at Eriyur MWS last year)
f) Session that brings out various (multiple) skills of a student
g) Session for Mentors on Mentoring by experts
h) Session for Mentors to showcase their individual talent
i) Session that educate students on Social Responsibilities – conducted by experts / people who work on field, for e.g. ALERT NGO
